Recognising its dedication to improving outcomes for customers, Home-in has taken out 2 awards in the 2023 Finder Innovation Awards.

It was named winner of the hotly contested Best Online Customer Service category as well as a highly commended finalist for the Best Tech Innovation category.

Now in its eighth year, the Finder Innovation Awards aims to recognise individuals and companies that are changing the game in Australia in areas as diverse as retail, tech, banking, telco and insurance.

Home-in was one of the almost 200 entries for this year’s awards and found itself among prestigious winners and finalists such as ahm, Hnry, CommSec and updoc.

To receive the top score for the Best Online Customer Service category Home-in had to impress the judges with new and innovative steps taken to improve its customer service.

“Home-in's latest innovations in customer care is impressive,” one judge said. “I also appreciate that they provide customers with a buying assistant. Their numbers and examples of user feedback can prove their success in providing quality customer support.”

Home-in’s entry also made an impression on another judge, who said: “The impressive numbers they have achieved in terms of reviews, NPS and completed transactions are a clear testament to the success of their implemented innovations.”

To receive high scores as a finalist for Best Tech Innovation, Home-in had to detail a technical innovation from its platform and the impact it has had.

One judge certainly recognised the benefits of the platform, saying: “Home-in appears to make a positive impact on streamlining one of the most important and difficult processes a person will go through – buying their first home.”

The high scores received in both the tech and customer service categories have shown the value a platform of Home-in’s type and quality can deliver to Australians trying to purchase a home.
