- A great understanding of HCD with expertise in gathering and communicating quantitative and qualitative data into consumable outcomes.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment(early stage start-up or pure play digital environment is ideal)
- Strong empathy, genuine curiosity to understand what motivates people and drives their behaviour.
- Experience using Figma, Miro, Dovetail or Lookback
